Mini Group Assignment
In group of 4, re-enact a modified scene from Casino Royale.
Our group chose to present the introduction of the movie Casino Royale where Bond was shown confronting his chief. The script was changed slightly to make a supposedly serious scene to become humorous.
Assignment 2
Individual Assignment
Create a 1 minute clip with an assigned talent related to phone answering or waiting for phone calls.
The character in the clip was a typical student who just got her class. She was first shown texting her boyfriend to come pick her up for a date with her cell phone while being in a cheerful mood. The clip slowly proceeded in showing her losing patience when her boyfriend did not call her back promptly and when her boyfriend finally called her, she was already in a fowl mood.
Assignment 3
Group Assignment
Re-create the chosen segment of scene from Confused and Dazed.
In the assignment, everyone was assigned a specific role so that everyone could get a little taste of what a real film set might be like. My role in this assignment was to be a talent, taking up the role of "Cynthia".

Day 1 of filming:

Arrived at film site at 11am. Scouted surrounding and prepared the place for filming until 2pm. Readying make-up and costumes of talents till around 3pm. Filmed from 3-6pm. Cleaned up till 7pm.

Canadian soldier's shocked and berserk scene in response to death of Medic.
German officer and soldier's spotting Canadian soldier and medic scene.

Day 2 of filming

Arrived at film site at 2pm. Due to talents and a group member not being there, the day was focused on re-filming scenes from Day 1 of filming as well as scenes that do not require the talents. Jonathan played the role of the unnamed Canadian soldier that was gunned down at the beginning of the movie while Daniel stood in for the German Soldier (just showing the back of his helmet, hands and the gun). The props needed to be touched up every now and then as they become wore down from handling and tossing around in various scenes. Filming lasted from 2:30pm till 6pm. Cleaned up until 7pm.

Arrived at film site at 10am. Prepared site, make-up, costumes and props until 10:30am. Picked up talent playing German officer at 11am. The prop, MP 40, got smashed onto a trunk while filming confrontation scene between German officer and soldier, and has to be fixed for about 5minutes. Filmed from 11:15am till 3pm. Cleaned up till 4pm.
